How it works:

  • Before any client starts a program with us an online consultation call is taken with Head Physique Coach and Founder Kevin Fitzpatrick. With almost 2 decades of physique development and athletic performance experience, he will discuss your lifestyle, habits, diet, supplementation, Injuries, goals, and training experience, and carry out a full body visual assessment to use as a starting point.
  • Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment, and goals, Kevin will design a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan for you to follow independently, whether at home or at your gym. The programs can be accessed through our training app which you will receive access to.
  • Kevin will then work with you and support you toward your goal remotely via weekly WhatsApp check-ins.
