An accomplished athlete himself, Kevin has competed at regional and International levels and was the Junior 2014 NABBA Mr.Ireland Bodybuilding Champion as well as The Junior 2015 Mr. Northern Ireland. He's represented Leinster & Ireland In Irish Athletics at both track and middle distance events for the following distances, 100m, 400m, and 2,500m and for swimming the 400m freestyle. He played Leinster schools rugby for a number of years & has participated In charity strongman events.
Spending much of his earlier years travelling to seminars, camps and workshops, Kevin was very fortunate to have learned and trained with many Incredible athletes such as IFBB Mr. Olympia Bodybuilder Ben Pakulski and Industry experts like Kassem Hanson - one of the top strength coaches In the world (3 of us pictured at an exercise biomechanics training camp together).
