The Physique Protocol Resistance Bands are a versatile accessory for customized resistance training. Available to order individually, in pairs, or as part of a full set. These latex rubber stretch bands come in seven different color-coded versions, each measuring 41" in length but varying in width, thickness, and overall resistance. This means that each band is specialized for certain types of training.
Our training bands are perfect for speed and agility training, increased resistance weight training without adding more plates, pull-up assistance, jumping, plyometrics, aerobics, flexibility exercises, stretching, general conditioning, prehabilitation, and rehabilitation.
- Our Micro & Mini bands offer a convenient means for accommodating resistance, Overspeed eccentrics, and a tool for assisting in body weight exercises such as the pull-up or dip.
- Our mid-level bands can be used for banded squats and other exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
- Our highest resistance bands are recommended for experienced, high-performance athletes. They are used for obtaining maximum resistance with squats, deadlifts, leg presses, and shrugs.
