How it works:
- Before any client starts a program with us an online consultation call is taken with Head Physique Coach and Founder Kevin Fitzpatrick. With almost 2 decades of physique development and athletic performance experience, he will discuss your lifestyle, habits, diet, supplementation, Injuries, goals, and training experience.
- Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment, and goals, Kevin will design a bespoke resistance training program for you to follow independently, whether at home or at your gym. The programs can be accessed through our training app which you will receive access to.
- The program will change every 4 weeks as you progress and depending on your goals.
